Chalet Services

We start making your life easier from the moment you confirm your booking. We will email with your confirmation and a checklist for additional services:

• Airport transfers
• Pre-booked lift passes available on request
• Directions from Tunnel, Ferries, Airport or another location.
• Equipment hire – Skis, boards, boots etc: pre-ordered and delivered to the chalet for you. Maximise your ski time and sort it from the comfort of your chalet.
• Lesson advice

SKI & SNOWBOARD MAINTENANCE

We have a fully qualified in house ski technician who can service your skis or board overnight maximising your time on the slopes at a fraction of the cost on the mountain. Or, service them on your last night here, having them in prime condition for your next trip

MASSAGES

Let us know before your stay, or on the first night, if you would like a massage to ease away your skiing aches and pains and we will arrange for a masseuse to come to the chalet for you. Pamper days are available too – everyone is entitled to a recovery day and the hot tub and sauna do get lonely when you are out skiing all day!
